After much cajoling we've finally given in to present a personal, informative view into Mission Wines. So, welcome and thank you for checking in with the World's-Greatest South-Pasadenian Wine Merchant.
Glad to see you guys created a blog. I recently started a wine blog myself, with most of the wine and insights provided by yourselves and your delicious, delicious wines.
I'm looking forward to reading what you have to say!
Maria, you catty little devil you. There is nothing wrong with a franchise. Everyone has to walk the corporate walk once in a while like starbucks, trader joes, apple, the gap, riteaid, baja fresh, chevron, guitar center etc etc. It's great to support the independent store but the wine franchise offers a different selection of wines that chris doesn't have the space to offer. That being said, I love both shops and will continue to buy and drink at both locations on as as needed basis. There is plenty of room for both spots and chris is very good at what he does. As long as he conitues the spot on choices of great wines we have nothing to fear.Cheers -Radiohedonist

You mean the World's Greatest South Pasadenian Non-Franchise Wine Store, right?
Oh come on maria the wine-r, do you really think the franchise wine store in town stands up in comparison?
